Biography:
Jack Elliott has been practicing law in York since graduating from the University Of Maryland School of Law in 1987. A partner in the firm since 1993, his areas of practice include personal injury, estates and wills, real estate and municipal law. Jack is admitted to practice law and has represented personal injury and estate clients in both Pennsylvania and Maryland and has argued before the Pennsylvania Superior Court, Commonwealth Court and Supreme Court. In addition he represents numerous Zoning Boards throughout York County. Jack has lectured extensively on Elder Law issues and Zoning Practice.

Jack lives in York with his wife, Mary, and three children. He is active in the York United Parishes youth sports programs as a soccer, basketball and baseball coach as well as volunteer legal counsel. He has also served as a member of the St. Joseph School Board and in multiple volunteer capacities at that school and at York Catholic. His hobbies include home improvement, fitness, camping, travel and playing with the kids.

Biography:
Bill Anstine has been practicing law in York County since 1965 when he graduated from Dickenson School of Law and became a partner with his father, W. Burg Anstine, as the Anstine & Anstine Law Firm. He served as a public defender in 1968 and was engaged in criminal defense cases in the early stages of his career. Since 1968 Mr. Anstine has handled many personal injury cases and civil trials and that continues to be a major portion of his practice today. Attorney Anstine began a subspecialty in the field of wills and estates and that constitutes probably the biggest portion of his practice today along with real estate and municipal law. He has represented numerous boroughs and townships and continues to serve as solicitor for several zoning hearing boards including York Township and Manchester Township. Mr. Anstine has been actively involved with continuing legal education activities and has served on the CLE board of the York County Bar Association for 20 years. As part of that connection he has moderated many educational seminars and has also presented many lectures on topics involving ethics, civil trials and procedure. He has successfully argued cases in The Appellate Courts including Commonwealth Court, The Superior Court and The Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. Several of the appeals that he has won, particularly in the area of damages, have become the basis for legal doctrines that continue to influence the existing state of the law in those areas of litigation.

In addition to his practice in York County as a member of the York County Bar Association, Mr. Anstine has tried cases in most of the counties in the South Central Pennsylvania Area. Attorney Anstine was recently recognized by the Philadelphia Magazine as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in GENERAL LITIGATION under “Pennsylvania Super Lawyers 2005.” He has been a member of the Herbert B. Cohen Inn of Court and has served as President of that organization in 2006. He continues to remain a member of the executive committee and for several years he has led trips to England where members of the York “Inn” have visited the Inns of Court in London and observed trials at the Old Bailey and The Civil Courts of Justice. Mr. Anstine has been involved in many community activities having served as a member and President of the board for the American Red Cross and The York County Community Foundation. He has also served on boards and committees of numerous non-profit organizations including The United Way Budget Committee, The MS Society, and The York Historical Society and has been elected to leadership positions in several non public organizations. His leisure activities include tennis, biking, jogging, foreign travel and photography.

Biography:
Attorney Brown has concentrated his practice in Family Law since his admission to the Bar in 1987. He has tried thousands of cases involving issues of divorce, equitable distribution of property, child custody, support, alimony, and protection from abuse. He has litigated numerous appellate cases, with over a dozen published opinions as appellate counsel in the family law arena. He practices primarily in York County, but also appears in Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin and Lancaster counties. As a result of his frequent appearances before the York County Court, he is very familiar with the local Judges, Masters, Hearing Officers, and Conciliators. As a tribute to his skills as an advocate, he has represented a number of other attorneys in their family law cases. He has lectured other attorneys on family law issues on a statewide basis through the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, the educational arm of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

Attorney Brown was born and raised in York County, and graduated from Dallastown Area High School in 1979. He is married with two children. He has practiced with Anstine & Sparler since his admission to the Bar in 1987.

Biography:
Amber Anstine Kraft, Esquire is a 2000 graduate of The Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University. While pursing her studies there, Attorney Kraft served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable George E. Hoffer in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, an associate editor of the Dickinson Law Review, and a member of the Appellate Moot Court Board. In 2000, Attorney Kraft graduated from law school and served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Russell M. Nigro of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, honing her skills in appellate advocacy.  After her clerkship with Justice Nigro, Attorney Kraft worked for the Law Offices of Dale E. Anstine in Lancaster County from 2001 until 2009, focusing primarily on personal injury litigation.  Upon returning to York County in 2009, Attorney Kraft clerked for the Honorable Harry M. Ness in York County with the purpose of familiarizing herself with family law and the York County family law bench and bar.  Since then, Attorney Kraft has focused her practice on family law matters including custody, divorce, and support.  Attorney Kraft joined the law office of Anstine & Sparler in 2014. 
   
Attorney Kraft was born and raised in York County, and graduated from Central York High School in 1993. She is married and the proud mother of three children.

Biography:
Attorney Sparler has been practicing law in York County since his graduation from Tulane University in 1970. He was an assistant county solicitor and an assistant district attorney for over six years and presently concentrates his practice in matrimonial and family law. Attorney Sparler has tried hundreds of cases or hearings involving the custody of children, divorce, property distribution, child support, alimony, protection from abuse, adoption and other issues in which the family is involved. He has successfully argued numerous cases before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and is one of only several attorneys in York County that has a published opinion from the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and which remains current law and is often cited in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and throughout the country, as it pertains to professional good will and business valuations in equitable distribution proceedings. Attorney Sparler continues to be a guest lecturer at various Pennsylvania Divorce Law Seminars. Although his practice is concentrated in York County, he also has an extensive practice in Lancaster County and practices in Adams County, Dauphin County, Franklin and Cumberland Counties. He has handled numerous complex and difficult cases from inception through appeal and has a diverse client base representing other attorneys, physicians and other professionals in family law matters.

Attorney Sparler was recently recognized by the Philadelphia Magazine as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in 2005 Family Law Section (Second Annual Guide to Top Attorneys in Pennsylvania, Law and Politics Division). He has been accepted as a life member of the National Registry of Who’s Who and has been included in Strathmore’s Who’s Who for 2005-2006, which organizations admit their membership to those attorneys who demonstrate leadership and achievement in their profession.

Attorney Sparler enjoys tennis, skiing, foreign travel and gourmet cooking in his leisure time.
