Jack Elliott has been practicing law in York since graduating from the University Of Maryland School of Law in 1987.  A partner in the firm since 1993, his areas of practice include personal injury, estates and wills, real estate and municipal law.  Jack is admitted to practice law and has represented personal injury and estate clients in both Pennsylvania and Maryland and has argued before the Pennsylvania Superior Court, Commonwealth Court and Supreme Court.  In addition he represents numerous Zoning Boards throughout York County. Jack has lectured extensively on Elder Law issues and Zoning Practice.

Jack lives in York with his wife, Mary, and three children.  He is active in the York United Parishes youth sports programs as a soccer, basketball and baseball coach as well as volunteer legal counsel.  He has also served as a member of the St. Joseph School Board and in multiple volunteer capacities at that school and at York Catholic.  His hobbies include home improvement, fitness, camping, travel and playing with the kids.
